We are looking for a hungry Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us scale our business. MicroReplay is a local Boston company specializing in Computer Repair in the educational space. Reporting into the sales leadership team, this role is a great opportunity to gain sales exposure while giving you ample opportunities for personal and career growth. We are looking for committed, resourceful, and creative individuals looking for an opportunity to apply these skills to make a tangible impact on our sales growth and overall organization.

How you’ll make MicroReplay amazing:

 Conduct high volume prospecting to generate qualified leads using various channels of outreach including but not limited to calling, email, and social selling

 Leverage solid sales tools to maximize effectiveness and efficiency

 Deliver a consultative prospecting experience with a leaning towards creative personalization

 Develop and manage a book of target accounts to identify and target our ideal customer profiles

 Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and implement the appropriate prospecting resources

 Align with Sales and Operational leaders to secure the right quality and quantity of meetings with our prospective customers

What you have and who you are:

 Track record of high achievement and success either in Business Development or a related field

 Ideally some familiarity with common tools such as LI Sales Navigator, and Zoominfo

 A natural competitor, you’ll be goal oriented and disciplined

 A desire to meet - if not exceed - measurable performance goals

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 2-4 years previous sales experience is a plus

 Experience working in a quickly changing tech centric environment, where agility and an openness to experiment with new ideas a big plus.

 Natural curiosity to understand not than just the what, but the why so you can grow in autonomy

Compensation: Base Salary, Commission Plan, and solid benefits package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
